The Finance Manager is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the organization. This includes budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, analysis, and ensuring the financial health and stability of the organization. The role provides strategic financial guidance to support decision making processes, drive financial performance, and align financial strategies with the overall business objectives.
Main tasks of the position (In terms of process & People):
- Develop and manage comprehensive annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts.
- Oversee financial performance monitoring and prepare detailed financial reports for stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
- Lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities to support strategic decision-making.
- Implement and maintain robust financial systems and internal controls.
- Partner with department heads to align financial strategies with operational goals.
- Lead, coach, and develop the finance team to enhance performance and capabilities.
- Develop and implement risk management and mitigation strategies.
- Manage and optimize relationships with external auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory authorities.
Who are the key stakeholders?
The Finance Manager will report to the Plant Director and work closely with department heads, external auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.

The Finance Manager will report to the CFO and have decision-making authority within the finance department.

The Finance Manager will provide strategic leadership to the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA).
- 7-10 years of experience in financial management, preferably within FMCG or manufacturing.
- Strong strategic leadership and financial acumen.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
