Minimum 2 years’ leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
Minimum 2 years’ experience in dairy or food production
Able to work on site in Prince Edward Island

As our PTD Manager, you will be stationed full-time at our third-party production partner, Amalgamated Dairies Limited (ADL) in Prince Edward Island. In this role, you will act as the key operational link between Arla Canada and ADL, ensuring production excellence, strong collaboration, and continuous improvement across the value chain.
About The Role
Reporting to the Site Director, you will:
- Act as the primary liaison between Arla Canada and ADL, ensuring strong communication and alignment on all operational activities
- Maintain and develop the existing business relationship while identifying new opportunities and addressing industry challenges
- Oversee Arla products produced at ADL, ensuring compliance with the Production Agreement and driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide leadership and technical expertise across the full cheese production process—from milk intake to final packaging
- Support and lead improvements in quality control, process technology, and overall production efficiency
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive business objectives and support Arla Canada’s growth strategy
- Build strong relationships on-site by integrating into daily operations and fostering trust with stakeholders
- Contribute to capital project planning and execution
- Travel as required to Toronto headquarters, the United States, and global headquarters in Denmark
